I highly recommend the Open Road Honda Service Center and staff for any service you need for your vehicle! I encountered mechanical issues with my Honda while on a road trip out of state with my wife and kids, and their service team was very accommodating in accepting my vehicle for service even though we didn’t have an appointment. Their team was very understanding of the tough position we were in by needing help mid-road trip and were able to identify and complete the necessary repairs. Specifically, Robert Poland and Jonathan Nazario went above and beyond to help us through what was a stressful situation and helped us get back on the road with the necessary repairs.
