Honestly, I was very impressed with this place, considering it was my first visit. Although Adam Hassan is new, he was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions knowledgeably and respectfully. He also helped me handle the paperwork with the banks and insurance companies so I could drive away in the car I ended up buying thanks to him. Even after the sale, he has stayed in touch to ensure everything is going well with the vehicle and assured me he would take care of any issues that might arise; he was very kind! The car only needed a few minor adjustments, but the customer service was excellent! 😌👌🏼

Went to Open Road for the Costco Program, and was greeted right away by Sebastian who became the reason I chose this dealership. The HR-V initially had an issue with the battery and backup camera, but both were repaired without hesitation before the purchase was completed. This is also a military- and veteran-friendly dealership, which I greatly appreciated. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a professional and transparent car-buying experience.

7/23/26, we had our Honda vehicle serviced yesterday. The service center fixed the recall and they also accepted my private warranty in which they placed a claim for the needed repairs. I was very happy with service and their mechanical expertise. My technician advisor,Junior Morel was very professional and very helpful. I will come again.
